Return and Refund Policy

TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

1) All materials are paid in full at time of order.

2) Clients that purchase tile & materials only (no install): material MUST be picked up in 10 working days from arrival at Studio Tile w-house to prevent storage fees: $10.00/week per pallet.

3) Products seen in photos,catalogs, ads and on-line are representations only. 

4) Color, shade, tone, caliber and sheen variations are inherent in ALL tile products; ie - glass, ceramic, porcelain, metal, natural stone, resin, wood, all materials, etc.

5) The responsibility is with the end user to verify suitability of material prior to installation.

6) Special Order and Made-To-Order materials are Non-Cancelable and Non-Returnable.

7) Materials that are returnable must be Pre-Approved by the Supplier/Distributor and Studio Tile.

8) No returns after 48 hours from arrival at Studio Tile.

9) No returns on natural stone materials.

10) No returns on setting materials.

11) Returns are acceptable for defects only.

12) Returned materials must be: full unopened cartons, in saleable condition.

13) Approved returns incur 35% handling/restocking fee and return shipping costs. Credit applied only after supplier/distributor receives merchandise in good condition and approves return.

14) Claims for defects must be communicated before tile is installed. Installation of material constitutes acceptance.

15) Orders are subject to availability. Studio Tile reserves the right to refuse any order.

16) Studio Tile is not responsible for determining quantities for installations not performed by Studio Tile.
